Joyce, our office manager has been with 78 York Street since the beginning and beyond, we asked her about her thoughts on the evolution of the office
I’ve been working at 78 York Street since Messagemail acquired the premises in 2005 — which pretty much makes me part of the furniture!
A lot has changed over the years — the office, the team, and the way we work — but one thing has always stayed the same: our commitment to looking after our clients. Some have been with us since day one, and we’ve welcomed plenty of new ones along the way. They know they can always count on us to take care of whatever they need — even the occasional unusual request, like dog-sitting so the client could go to a meeting!
We’ve hosted many events over the years, but one of the highlights has to be our Macmillan Coffee Morning, where we’ve raised a great deal of money for a fantastic cause.
I hope to spend many more years here in my favourite corner, enjoying the company of both our wonderful staff and clients.
