Messagemail truly is one of the very few companies in the UK I trust 100%. Professional, efficient and no matter how urgent (and sometimes weird) my requests are, Messagemail has the solutions and executes them to perfection.
Messagemail’s London W1 location is lovely. Smallish, unbranded and some time ago re-decorated at vast expense in a truly timeless, elegant design they kept in perfect appearance ever since.
The moment you step through the door, you’ll notice all in “your” office is still where you’d expect it to be. I often hear compliments about “my office” from clients visiting.
If you are looking for a W1 location standing out from the “instant office solutions”, Messagemail is a perfect choice. But it’s not just the location.
It’s the people behind Messagemail who make the difference. I very much enjoy my trips to London and being greeted by the same familiar faces I’d call friends over the years. You certainly are not “just a number” at Messagemail and there is no fluctuation in staff employed.
Messagemail’s phone answering services are also second to none. Giving my company the London voice it needs. No matter how busy the business gets, they are so well organised. They can even distinguish between new enquiries, VIP callers and (filtering out) time wasters.
